Seafoamed!
I just did the intake today. Will do the crank case pretty soon before I change my oil. Already ran it through the gas tank a few months ago.
I used 1/2 bottle through the intake where the red circles are in this pic (dont mind the bike pump, this pic is from back when Idid aboost leak test):

I thought it would be best to put it in through both sides of the intake to be sure it wasnt just the first 2 cylinders that was getting all the love/seafoam. There was a lot of smoke through the first application on the front of the intake. Eventually no matter how much I fed it the smoke died down so I figured it was cleaned up pretty well. Then I did the opposite/firewall side of the intake, and there was again a lot of smoke and then it died down. So I feel like it got the job done. After that I changed the plugs.
I honestly dont feel a difference, everything sounds/drives the same (which is good, except for a noisy water pump.) But it was nice to see some crap was buring off, peace of mind is good. I highly recomend, if you do this, to do both sides of the intake. That way all the cylinders/ports get cleaned.
Other than that, the engine starts RIGHT up with the new plugs, as it does everytime I put new plugs in.
Sorry, no video of the smoke billowing out the exhuast and filling up the neighborhood. I think my wife has the camera [:@]

When I did mine, it took half of the can before it even started to smoke. Once I let it sit and took it for a test drive, you couldn't even see behind the car. It was the biggest white smoke screen I've ever seen.

I should've taken video but I too the car to the park at night so I wouldn't bother anybody. It was HUGE.

What about all the other ones at the back, above the throttle body?

I couldn't get any suction out of the nipple indicted in that thread and haven't pursued it since, but apparently other people have met with better success.
