service reminder/ insp

anyone got any idea on how to reset the service reminder on my computer? its telling me "insp" when i start the car. is there a way i can do with without the vag-com!

what about the "service" reminder that comes up when ever you first put the car in gear?? anyway to turn that off??

I have a 00 a4 1.8TQ tip
