Short shifters kick ***! You'll love it. Combined with a snub mount = money well spent. Very inexpensive mods.

v&s is what i run, they are pretty awsome only like $130

psh B&M, the ebay short shift kit is worth the $45 and then SOME. I have it and I love it. Don't bother spending over $100 on an SSK. The ebay kit is identical to the B&M kit.
