true, i got mine about three months ago and so far its been great, a bit short when i have the armrest down, but then again it was meant for performance driving.

ive heard good and bad things about the ebay ones though.

 

I suppose there are a few that aren't up to snuff. Even though I have to adjust mine a bit I still love it. It's pretty hard to screw up metal...

 

with the b+m all you are paying for is the research and development. So if an ebay company wants to copy the parts all they need to sell it for is cheap because b+m did all the testing. Its the same part, they just cast the metal to look like the b+m
