short throw shifter-

Default short throw shifter-

OK has any one istalled any of the short throw shifters -
thinking about is for my wifes 01' 2.8 quattro-
just wondering if it makes any real difference-

She shifts like someones grandmother and bobbles the car- (and don't even say "then teach her to drive" cause any of you out there that are married (10yrs happily) know exactly why this is a bad remidy- HAHAHAHA

Hell i'll pay for the shifter long befor i coment on her shifting again- -sshhhh, she's coming!

go with one of the ones on ebay. they're cheap as hell and work great

If she bobbles the car you wouldn't want a short shifter in there.

If usually makes shifting harder/stiffer especially from first to second gear.

My Dieselgeek Shifter is a most excellent upgrade--shudda come from the factory this way!
