Default Should i Buy this?

Ok, So ive been looking around for an Nice quick car and well how can you beat an Audi? Comfort, Style and speed...Well anyways I found this audi for sale and might just pick it up.

Heres the ad..

just got my new car so I have significantly reduced the price from 5500 to 4000.
anyways,
up for sale is a fast and beautiful black audi that I have customized to my desire a little bit. It has the 1.8t motor, manual transmission, black exterior, black leather interior, power steering, power locks, boost gauge with carbon fiber pod, new boost controller by turboxs, moonroof, cruse control, ac (needs recharged), $1300 H&R coilovers, mp3 player, amp and rockford fosgate sub, straight pipes, southbend stage 3 clutch with their cryo treatment with 4k miles, B&M short shifter, new turbo, new water pump, new timing belt, new thermostat, new ignition control module with life time warranty, oil changed every 3k miles, trans and rear diff oil changed recently, power steering cooler installed. it does have a few small dents, and some miles on it (155k) but it runs soooo good, has very good compression, good oil pressure, and doesn't burn any fluids.
I will also include a thule roof rack and a t3/t4 turbo that I was going to use on a big turbo build.

no low ballers. I wont take any less than $4000 cash.

Well there it is, I talked to the guy and the only thing that needs to be done is the exahust needs to be welded to pass smog, How much will that cost? Thanks guys!

Looks sick man, have you test driven it? It's got 155K miles on it, which is kinda high, but it's nonetheless a hot car.

Personally, I'd watch out for that straightpipe. Those are kind of illegal, since you replace the catalytic converter with them. That car would BOMB an emissions test.

NY = new york. You live in Nevada, but you're going to go to another country and ... what?

Not worth the work for a 98 Audi with 155K miles on it. Just replace the testpipe with a HFC; you probably won't be able to notice a performance difference.
