Hey all ,, im looking to purchase a 97 A4 2.8 v6 130k miles. the car is clean in and out and maint done at dlr since new. I can maybe get it for about 4k is it worth it. Im buying it so i dont put too many miles on my other cars.
Any known issues with these ?
my best friend is a service wirter at scottsdale audi and hes telling me its not a bad car .

 

well if a tech at a dealer says its good and its got all serivice records I'd say its worth it.

 

The price is def. right....I recently purchased a 99 2.8 w/ 120k for 5000, so 4000 sounds reasonable to me for a '97.

 

ay 2.8 if you like the mods 1.8 if you like to stay stock 2.8 will be fine and the b5s are very nice so yes you should buy it.
