Default should i buy an Audi ?

theres a 1998 A4 beautiful terra cotta leather interior. 92,xxx miles of course 5 spd and 1.8 quattro.
problem is the extiror is not so good chips, scrapes, just not so shinny black. plus windshield has crack and chip.
drives great interior is like brand new shine just one tear in leather. so what im asking is it worth 8000? even though i would most like have to get it painted? and its stock.

you could probably get it for a little less but that seems like a pretty good deal to me

I think you can find a better deal. I got my 99.5 1.8t quattro 5 speed for 7100 with 111K on it, 18' wheels and spring/shock upgrade.

Chips and scrapes? I'd pass.... its going to cost quite a bit to fix that, and I don't know the extend to the chips...but that could rust, or might already be rusted out

i would say no to the offer unless you could get him to go down on the price. i got mine for 8000, same year, quattro, 1.8but 84kand w/o chips, scratches etc.
with all of that workits not worth it IMO. i bet you could find better

Yeah, you could prob get a better deal. I got my 97 1.8TQMS for $5000 with 82,000 mi, chip/exhaust, and some minor body imperfections. It also looks excellent inside and drives great with absolutely no problems. Then again, I got a pretty good deal.
