I like those AWE pedals. How do they go on? Do they just mount over the old or do they replace them completely?

 

If you can learn the heel-toe method with your new pedals it could actually make your race times faster. But for normal street driving they would probably just feel better. IMHO the stock pedals kinda suck.

 

If you can do heal toe on one set of pedals, you should be able to fairly well on any set. Yes, some sets are easier but they wont make your races times notably faster.

 

there is this 1 company i forgot the name.. search google... but they make custom titanium and steel pedals for each type of car..... they are amazing.... too bad i forgot the name.

 

I say get the damn pedals....the AWE ones look great.

Mods that make you feel good about your car are cool as long as the rice factor is low.

i must say, that is an excellent formula you've put together there, abacab.

 

yeah, lightweigh aftermarket wheels make you go faster, and clearcorners are a weigh reduction mod.

 

All I'm sayin is that there are prolly far more mods that you need to do before something like that. For instance: chip, update headlights, tails, corners, paint lowers, wheels, etc... I'm sure you can get some one piece projectors for less than those pedals and that would make a huge diff on your car.

 

the pedals are 70 bucks....all of the 1 piece projectors i see are like 200+ for 1 side....its rediculous imo to spend that much on a clear lense with some different bulbs.
