Yes well the other thought is that what does your eliminator turbo begin spooling at? I would bet its like 35 ish. The Sk04 is supposed to begin its spool at 2700 and hold strong until 7200. while it may not throw out as much power as a bt it it throws out a decent amount sooner.

And yes they are discontinued(still on the neuspeed site though) but you can buy a used one or the parts and make it

 

but really in a drag race you will only lag in first gear. after that your rpms are high enought to spool a larger turbo. i know with my t3t4 i would lag in first gear but after i shift into second and 3rd i would be in full boost. becuase you can always down shift to a lower gear to get more rpms unless your already in first. and that lag in first gear can be taken care of with a retarding system like 034 uses. and even with out anti-lag system i could still build boost before a launch. i would just rub the clutch but not move and i would be building boost then once the light changes pop the clutch and you take off already in boost.

 

GTRS will be boosted fully by 36-3800rpms at sea level in 70-80deg weather. 5000 feet, 42-4300rpms in 60 deg weather. 47-4800rpms in 100deg weather

 

See thats where an Sk04 would show an advantage if your not boosting until 3800 or (good god)4800..... well frankly the 4800 just sucks... dont know what else to say about that. but neways the sk04 will spool sooner and hold the boost just as long it may not throw down as much power but if i start boosting at 2700 and you boost at 4800 you gonna have an *** load of catchin up to do

 

but thats only in first gear. you may make 225whp or even 275whp and be ahead of me but my 337 would have no trouble pulling you
