I wish I could be of more help, but I went to TWCompetition.com and couldn't find much on the source of that image, thus, the website wasn't of much help. I could certainly be wrong, but I would guess that it's a custom job. I'll keep looking to see what I can find out, and if it isn't custom, count me in on a buy when I get the money for it
