Default Small Clunk

It happens when I first turn on the car. Go in reverse...whether its my drive way or a parking spot. The go into first and drive and then I get a small clunk noise and feeling. Any one else get this? Is it normal or not?

I have been wondering the same thing. I only notice it in the morning when I start my car reverse out, put it to first (drive), and start moving. I am usually in to big a hurry to leave work that I do not pay attention in the afternoon.
