Default Snowflake Temp Icon

So whenever the temp drops below 40 or so, I get the snowflake icon warning me that their "could" be ice on the roads. Maybe the freezing point is different in Germany? hahah

Anyway, last night we were actually getting freezing rain and sleet. The temp dropped to 19 and the snow icon shut off!!!! So it FINALLY snows and my snow icon shuts off without reason. Is it just me or is this extremely ironic?

are your readouts set to farenheight or celcius

it wont come up just below 32 degrees because

it isnt an exact readout and gives you a buffer zone for fault

no clue why it shut off

I think that is the DUH factor. I'll warn you it may be icing when you might not be expecting it, but when it's really cold outside, then DUH! LOL

Cheers!

Yup, my snowflake is reatarded, it just comes and goes as it pleases! There is no real rhyme or reason why mine comes or goes. Had it on at negative temps and shutoff at like 10 degrees. Whateva...

The trick is to be smarter than the snowflake!

this has already been said but in a confusing way. the snoflake is there when you might not be sure if its freezing out or not. but when its obvisouly cold like below 20 then there is no need for it because you already know it is freezing out.
