Default Snub Mount

Does anyone know the if you are able to tell a difference when shifting with apr's snub mount, or if there are anyother benefits?

I have heard very good things about them, but done have first hand experience, they make shifts firmer and better

It is noticeably easier to shift smoothly, particularly upshifts under power. Won't notice a difference when just idling around town.

Some people report an increase in vibrations, expecially at idle, but I didn't see that happen in my case.

I noticed quite a difference. My shifts are really firm and tight feeling. Before it had like a swaying motion because of the quattro but with the apr snub its really solid.

No vibrations from my APR, but I think if you have some now the snub will alow you to feel them more throughout the car esp at idle........

I read somewhere too - that you could shave the snub down a bit - to help w/ the vibes...

audi42005 - APR install

that link explains the shaving a bit more in detail -
