You know, I was just thinking. We should hit a track one of these days for our GTG.

so far we have 4-5 people that aren't coming....if the number goes up to 10 then we should just skip this month and continue in september
if we lose half the people for august, it's not worth driving 70 miles...
just an opinion

SoCal G2G looks like it did very good.....i just wish NorCal audi owners were as dedicated as the SoCal owners......you guys are all organized, we really need to step it in NorCal....Good job on ur meet....love the pics!
Between Chef, i3uddha, Panda, and a few others putting in a little extra effort - it makes it a whole helluva' lot easier to keep things flowing nice and smooth.
If just 2 or 3 people take the initiative to set up times, places, clearance, a spot to eat, and a drive to take - the rest will work itself out.
Just make it happen every month whether it's 3 people to start or 30 and eventually people will find their way there.
Cool pics and centralized locations help the cause. Makes people want to be involved.
Good luck!

I agree with EVO.
It would be great if us SoCal people helped to motivate the rest of the major areas to plan GTGs. Just pick a day other than a Wednesday to meet. A Saturday or Sunday works best. My next thought is to possibly start inviting vendors to attend, but it would have to be something that a lot of us were interested in getting. Not sure what that would be? Maybe an AWE person, or something like that.
Cheers!
Body is at work but my mind left for vacation already!
