Default socal car problems, looking for a shop

I took my car in last week for an oil change and they said I need my timing belt replaced which I know I can buy for $300 or so on ecstuning and had planned on doing it myself, but i just moved to san diego and have no garage since I live in an apartment. they also said i have leaking motor mounts ( can anyone fill me in on what this is and how severe it is )?

anyway, I looking for someone to suggest some local shops (that have a good reputation) either in san diego or surrounding area. I'm up for a few hour drive if it saves me money. the dealer wants over $1700 to fix those 2 things... Please help :P
