I think once you ride in it you'll be a quattro convert like the rest of us. Before I had the A4 I wasn't very fond of snow, now I can't wait for a damn blizzard.

 

I am like afraid to bring my b6 into the snow. Isnt that salt and sand and other **** really bad for your car, like it makes it rust and tears up the paint? Especially the underbody.

 

WTF where do you live. i want that wonderfull white stuff around here. so much for chicago haveing two season summer and winter, now we have heat and gridlock.

 

i don't know if I should be jealous or not. I love the snow but I'm not sure I'm ready for it. 1) all my heavy winter clothes are at home, 2) my skis aren't waxed and sharpened for the season, 3) I'm tring to learn to wakeboard right now and cold water is not cool.

South Lake Tahoe. I hat ethe snow but I'm kinda anxious for it now that I have the Quattro. I know it'll do better than my 4runners.

Yes it is bad but fortunately Audi pretreated the entire chassis with anticorrosion solutions. Its so effective its under warranty. Remember Audi made these cars to be at home in the elements. If you're worried about the paint just have it detailed with a fresh coat of protective wax for the winter, and try to keep it clean.
