Default some stupid newb questions

ok, so basically im just curious as to some of the stock settings on the B6 (i assume thats what a 2002/03 body style is),

stock boost level
stock turbo
ive got an automatic w/ the 6 speed tippy, anything i should watch out for with it
is there a need or use for a turbo timer (and if anyone has the Greddy one, where is it mounted)

some other things ive been looking at are the SS 2.5" test pipe, some sort of intake system, exhaust, and a chip. is everything there worthwhile?

Hey if your car is an auto 6 speed it is what is called a CVT and yes 02/03 is a B6.
I think stock boost is like 7-9 psi.
stock turbo is called a K-03.
I would get a turbo timer if you get chiped and running higher than stock boost.
I just got the ss test pipe (not in yet) but looks very well made.
For chiping a B6 I would get Revo and you can get an SPS controler to change boost,Timing also made By REVO.
Good luck.

is there any way to raise the boost manually?

and at what level do the internals and whatnot start to get in the danger zone? boost wise

Don't cheap out by manual controllers. Invest in some good programing by reputable dealers like APR or GIAC . CVT transmissions should not be chipped as they can't hold the additional power.
