Did this problem start before or after changing the N75? Maybe this IS your problem. I think i remember hearing a lil sumthin about people having problems with different n75's.

Apparently the EPClight monitors the drive-by-wire throttle system that replaces the cable between the accelerator pedal and the throttle with a computer
The most common cause for this light to come on is if the you brake at the same time you accelerate for a longer than usual time. Also, if the brake light switch should go bad (leaving the brake lights on even then you are not braking)

Thats the explanation I got with a search and is the only help i can give... If its true, I dont know why the dealer would be messing with vacuum lines. (well i do, but im not going to say what you already know because apparently you dont mind getting ripped off)
They already checked for that, its the first thing they thought it could be. Not the issue!

I vote to put the old n75 back in and see if the problem stops. Unless of corse you have been holding the brake and gas lately.
With the old n75 causes me too go into limp mode when I hoold boost. And no brake stands. It happenedshortly after the new n75 went in

Id do some serious research 1st cause i have read a lot of mixed reviews with these different valves. It seems like you and i can have the same car and mods and get different results. Maybe the stock n75 would be your best bet. just my .02. Are you able to return these after you buy them if they dont work, because this could start to get expensive?

If you want to know why your ecp light is on, you need to know what fault codes are stored. EPC light is not related to boost and how it is controlled.

i remember someone on here was stating that the n75h was better then the n75j.... not sure since i dont have the expierence with it. Sorry to hear the jacked you installin the vacuum lines man, they always find something aside from the issue to make money off us (audi owners)
