Well the heat shield is 14 guage stainless steel so its not going any where. I had to use a break just to put the 90 degree angle at the bottom. I still need to insulate it and put the rubber gasket around the top. I was going to get creative on it, but I put it together so I wouldnt drive around with the intake and no heat shield. So as of now its still a work in progress.
