I just wanted to give some props to Sonnen Audi in Marin CA. Matt my service writer has been awesome! I bought my 2003 A4 used from a TX dealership. When I got it the clutch was slipping so I brought it to Sonnen. My service writer Matt F. took care of business! I got a new clutch, flywheel and he took care of other interior issues that I showed him. Car started making a bad grinding noise when I accelerated up a hill in 1st and 2nd so I brought it back. Just got the car back, turned out to be a sheared tranny mount. Took them a week to get it fixed but they gave me a TT loaner. Key fob spring was bad and key wouldn't pop out. Yeah, he got me a new one without asking for one. Oh yeah, new wiper blades too. All covered under warranty. AWESOME!!! The car wash washed when I picked it up too!!

So if you are in Norcal. Sonnen is the place to do business with.
