I dont care how anyone can beat the system.. People learn their lessons better when they have to pay a price... Its called rule of law and is part of the justice system.. If you dont like it, go join Al Qaeda in Iraq because you are a terrorist.. jk.. but seriously he should be a man and accept the consequences of his actions.

jest, i am paying the price - even if i am paying a lawyer...its major money out of my pockets.

anyway, this post has confused me more than helped me.

i think what i am gonna do is just hold out till i get the court dates in the mail...since they probably won't even come for a few weeks, maybe even months.

what is annoying is that this speeding ticket is in an area where i never am. (i was in the middle of coming home from college when i got stopped.) so paying a lawyer isn't just to help me get rid of the ticket, but will also keep me from having to drive all the way back to the middle of bumble to represent myself.

what's great is how the speed i was going when i got pulled over is basically as fast as everyone else was going at the time. wrong place, wrong time.

grrr...i hate cops.

There is a difference between paying a money price and a moral price..

I have a lot of respect for them, they are just doing their jobs, trying to keep the roads safe... Do you really hate them that much?

no point...the last time i got a ticket going @ 93 in a 65 zone...told
the officer i was sorry...but he gave me a ticket anyways...but when
i had to send it in to the court...i told 'em that i just had some really
bad food and i got food poisoning...so i was hurrying to the next
rest stop in order to not puke in the car/street...they made me pay
$100...but no points...

Yeah I have no problems with them as long as they aren't dicks. I have had an incounter with one before, he really pissed me off.
