Does anyone regularly drive around in S mode? (a4 2003 1.8T, automatic) I usually just keep it in D but it is a little slow off the line......just looking for thought. I know the difference is that S will shift at higher rpm's but am wondering if the benefit (more zoom) outweighs the wear and tear...is there more wear and tear?
