sport or non-sport
in about week i will be back in the market for another A4 and i would like to ask some of you who have had both sport and non-sport or driven both how important is it to get the sport package. I have summer tires and rims so i would need to lower it if i got a non sport or it would look goofy as hell, but is the sport suspension alot better (Stiffer) im not to concerned about ride comfort i like a sporty suspension, any knowledge would be great as since i have sport suspension now it is not one area i have researched. thanks
Well, if you KNOW you will be wanting to drop it, you can get the non-sport and drop it with a new suspension. That's what I did.
The sport suspension looks ok with wheels. But it's often not as low as some people want it. I'd suggest you get a look at some a4's with sport susp and wheels to see if the drop/gap is adequate for you. Since you already have a sport suspension you should have no problem there.

i would like to hear about the differences as well...
i have a non-sport on my 02 a4. there is far more body roll than i would like ideally, however, it's not too much of a big deal to me. also, i have read things that lead me to believe that the a4, sport or non-sport, is not really capable of eliminating body roll entirely.
when i pick an s4 in a couple of years, i would be much more upset with body roll, because i would expect that the s4 suspension in conjunction with the hugging recaros would entirely eliminate just about any shifting around.
is it possible to get virtually no body roll from an a4, without pulling a stasis/apr project?

my bro has the non sport 01 and i have the sport. I can tell you that his ride is soft and comfy. the sport is a bit on the hard side. however the handling and looks are unmatchable.
the pic in my sig is my car with 17' s4 replicas. i dont have any aftermaket suspension. im happy with the height at the moment. however soon i want to drop it around 1.5.
lol it drops alot when you have more than 2 people in the car

anyone tried the b6 sport and non sport models?
how is body roll in the sport a4 b6?
i know that audi tightened up the stock suspension for the b6, so that it is roughly the same as the sport b5.
