Hey all, I've been reading around the forums for the last few days like a dog. I'm loving the AF community and the people in it. I went to go look for some wheels at tirerack and it asked if I had the sport package. I'm not sure how to tell if my car has the sport package or not, maybe the VIN will tell me? Anyways, any simple ways to tell if my car has the sport package or not would help out. Thanks.

if teh shocks are red u have sport.

 

i thought it was also if you had the 3 spoke steering wheel instead of the 4. im notsure tho

 

i think that was also availble as an option liek the seats.

 

here look for where your color code sticker is
theres a bunch of 3 digit codes
1ba isstandard non sport
1be is sport

 

If you look at your manuals it should have a sticker on the inside and the code will tell you. Otherwise you could call the audi dealership and give them your vin and they'll tell you if you do?

 

the 2001's are the EASIEST to tell....

2001 sports have the RS4 wheels.... as so.....

APG already said it, red shocks.

Thanks for the help. No red springs I do have the 3-piece steering wheel and the 5 spoke 17s off of the 2002+ A4. The car also came with HIDs. How much difference does the sports package make and is there any aftermarket replacement for it so that I could have it on my car?
