I searched but couldn't find what I need so I posted a new thread.

I purchased '04 A4 3.0 a year ago without sports package. (Yeah.. I was so stupid to listen to salesman.) Anyway, here are few questions if I want to have the same performance as sports package provides:

1. What kind of parts should I get and what size?
2. How many inches should I lower my car?
3. Anyone know a good shop can install them for me in New Jersey? (I'm in central Jersey).
