You know the answer to this. Coilovers are better cuz they are adjustable. Only downside is they are more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Search you'll find a bunch of info.

lol, the previous owner had them installed cuz the car sat in a show room of his european perfromance place, they are some crazy german brand that i looked up once and they sell for like 3g's crazy
