That was a extreme, but the thought and concept still applys. this forum would be nice and much more benifiecal to all if others were incourage to think and do outside the box (sorry, i hate cleches). People wouldnt have cars that all looked alike and the performance and other mods would increase also

im not trying to make people conform.. but if you are going to do something do it right
the boost gauge looks like **** because it has nothing covering it, just a gauge sitting in a metal bracket with the wires and hoses exposed
i do not like the exhaust because it looks cheap
the spoiler well, i prefer a4's without them.. but it could be worse
over all the car looks pretty clean, and i give you props for that,
it could be some beat *** car with faded paint and dents galore and some guy trying to polish his turd
i give your car a 7 out of ten, you gained points for effort, but lost them for excecution.

well i like the spoiler, and plus it was on when i bought it. The "fart can" actually sounds good, and i think it looks good. I didnt want an audi with dual tips like everyone else in the world. its tilted up and out so its actually dont right and actually welded, not clamped!. These pics were before the tinting. The boost gauge is functional and is not in the way of anything. I would like a Dual pillar if i could find one for the 1999, all i can find is 1998 pillar pods. The wheels will be on tomoro with tires. My taste is exactly that MY taste. I like the Fart can"...i keep it polished and looking good. it is NOT loud..its a turbo car for christs sake. I think the spoiler looks better than the lips. My spoiler actually looks like it was on there from the factory.

(opinions are opinions) The only reason people give me **** for doing a "fart can" and spoiler, is b/c noone else has tried it yet to see what it looks like, everyone else goes with the traditional "euro look", you guys think it looks bad b/c you are not used to seeing it, i tryed something diff, which looks good. And my boost gauge is mounted correctly and hooked up to ignition for backlighting

wow im so glad i read this whole thread. im 17 too but dont really like to post pointless threads. the car looks ok besides the exhaust, boost gauge and spoiler. ditch those and you will be good

i thinkthe car looks alright. although i'd get the boost gage in my vent instead. you might wanna ditch the fart can in favor of at least a magnaflow or something when you get the cash. overall, not bad

Just tired of everyone getting all worked up when people give negative feedback as well as positive.
Obviously some will like certain things, some will dislike certain things, thats what a forum is all about. If people are afraid of a little negative feedback, they should refrain from posting. Or go to cincyTT's new anti-derogatory audi forum, where anything goes, and everyone likes it, and its all OK.
I think you car looks alright, not crazy about parts of it, but if you like it thats cool.

That has nothing to do with what we were talking about, you didnt like my exhaust, spoiler, and boost gauge. These are common things unlike liftkits and spinners. I just picked a different variation of what exhaust and gauge.

All i did was picked a different type of exhaust, not a liftkit or ricer flame paint, or spinners.
