Still have the rear end clunk!
I will go through and totally check everything possible. It did it before I installed the mounts, I have replaced all that stuff in my sig trying to get rid of this clunk [:@].
If it is clutch, wouldI be getting these sounds in the rear? Like the clutch is grabbing to fast causing too much shock the the rear?

when im stopped and in first and let out the clutch a bit fast i also hear a clunk. i don't think it's a very big deal. u just might have a heavy foot. try letting out the clutch rly slow and see wut happens.
Most of the time I can let the clutch out on flat ground without using the as and it does it worse. For some reasonit doesn't do itin my garagebut it doeson the street. Maybe it's because my driveway is on a slight slant.
here's sumthing to do. see if u can get a short poll or sumthing that can contract and extend by turning a **** or something. park ur car on a flat ground, preferably a parking lot, and push the clutch pedal down with it and the other end put it on the seat so the pedal stays depressed. then put it in gear. and slowly shorten the poll. if there's no clunk, u have a heavy foot, if there is a clunk, u should not only check ur rear diff but also front. im rly thinking u just have a heavy foot man. i would hate to have sumthing wrong wid ur car. and if u do have a heavy foot, i would consider an automatic cuz u'll be replacing ur clutch like evry 2 yrs lol
haha, thanks man. I know there's something wrong with it. It's like an old automatic truck/blazer/etc. when you put it in reverse and hear the driveline go "bang". It's like that just not as loud.
Auditech79, Can you tell me if this is normal? When I had all 4 wheels off the ground and it 1st gear I could grab 1 of the rear wheels at a time and it would stop spinning. Also, when in 1st gear off the ground the front wheels spin quite a bit faster than the rears, normal?
