Sorry for bringing this thread back from the dead, figured better to keep one thread going than start another with the same information. (easier when searching)
Anyways, the plastic pannel on the back of my drivers seat is broken as in the pictures above (I'm sure the mechanic did it when taking a joy ride with coworkers after fixing my broken coolant turbo hose), I have the two clips that broke, and from reading the thread it was mentioned that this pannel could be taken out as it was just screwed on. I'm unable to find these screws and was wondering if anyone has removed this and could post a quick how to. I would like to glue these clips back on and get this pannel fixed.
Thanks.
EDIT: Found the infomation.. here is the link for anyone other newbs that may be looking: http://www.a4mods.com/index.php?page...es/lumbar.html

Read and you may understand the purpose of not starting a new thread.
What is the point of asking the same question in a new thread, when an existing one can be completed with all the required information? Please show me how a new thread would be better in this case?... humm, my posting here de-clutters the board, it helps when using the search function, and cuts down on the ammount of incomplete threads. so help me again in seeing how your answer to my post is of any help to the board?

Thanks.

People are less likely to open up a thread that is old. Its as simple as that. 99% of the time people will bring a thread back from the dead to leave a pointless comment. In your case its not that way, but the thing is, the longer these threads get, and the more posts/replies one has to go through to get to YOUR problem- the less likely you are to get help/be seen. It turns into a cluster **** when one thread is dedicated to 20 peoples problem, even if its the same problem. Feel free to open up YOUR OWN new thread, even if its a problem that someone else has had before. You can reference the fact that you searched first, with a link to the thread that caught your attention and then explain your situation. If everyone replied to the same "I have a misfire" thread, it would be the cluster **** of cluster ****'s. That method is poop.

I think a lot of people are used to other forum groups that dont allow you to create a new thread when youre a noob to encourage searching. I think that is good and bad.
