Default stupid window question

When I try to open the windows via the buttons, I have to hold it a second or two before it actually starts to optn (or close). On my brothers a4, it doesnt have this "problem." Does anybody know a solution or even what im talking about?

Thanks.

Not too sure what your meaning, on my 99.5 a4 i can hold it and it open/closes asap, and tap it and it opens/closes without holding it. If thats what your talking about. I do have aproblem with my drivers window slowing down and not closing all the way, assuming thats the regulater or something.

I mean i can't tap it to close it. I have to hold it down for a good 2 seconds before it even responds.
