Ok i have a A4 with the stock wheels,i would like to put the htz 11 on it, but they dont offer it in 205/55 16in, they do have it in 205/50, that would be all right to put that tire on right?

 

or would wider be better for handling?

 

wider is always better as long as it fits which it will. if you opt for the 205/50s your wheel gap will be bigger though

 

It's more than that...
The 50 series will be almost an inch shorter in overall diameter. This will affect the speedo and the odometer. The speedo will read 3mph faster than the actual speed. The odometer will read 31 miles at every 30 miles of actual travel. This translates to an odometer that will read 1033 miles when in fact the car only traveled 1000 miles.
