SUPERCHARGED A4 Vs. S4 + GIAC chip
the Pes S/C is more reliable, but the S4 has more potential, and u could slap K04s on it, when ur turbos go and keep it chipped with no problems. The S/C, is as far as u can go with that, and u will always want more power. Add a exhaust to the S4,a nd it could be a mean car.

I was about to say I thought the chipped s4 puts down more power. Yes the s4 may be more expsensive to maintain, but a FI (forced induction) on a non FI motor will cause issues in the long run. SO add a motor rebuild to the tab and see where that sets you.

Pes claims 295 crank hp, and most say its a little less then that. Chipped s4 will be much faster, Apr v5 puts out 318hp, and 382ft/pd torque, s/c A4 wont touch that.

Either way, you will get a good car. Personally since I have a 2.8l, I'd go with the supercharger, I raced dual engined go-karts for years, & learned that double the parts double the expenses.
