Default Suspension Question

Ok, I am planning on getting Eibach springs for my 2004 A4 1.8T and a bigger front mount innercooler, from EVOMS motorsports. Is it worth getting the Shocks & Struts w/the Springs or not?

MODS:
GIAC Chip -- Installed w/200 miles on car
Hardwired Passport 8500 Radar Dector

no, i just have the base line 1.8t with the stock suspension, and i was told that the eibach's are the best for handling and ride quality. I am just not sure if it is worth the extra money to get the eibach shocks and struts for the car or if i should get any other one's out there????

a little of both, i know this car isn't going to perform like a race car, but i want it to be quick and i am more concerned w/handling than i am in just going in a straight line fast.....

well you might be able to get away with stock struts because there new but, In my experience lowering springs will cause your stock struts to wear out much sooner... plus good aftermarket struts will deffinately improve handling

dont keep the stock ones in there, they will work, but they will blow out alot faster. its worth it to change it all and keeo the stock stuff, so if you ever want to go back, or sell the car.... its all still in fine working condition.

o yea, and i have those wheels u want on my car, i love them. get 235's for tires if u get them tho.
