Default suspension upgrade question

Ok so I may buy these coilovers for my car (98.5 2.8QM) with 116k on it. Should I be concerned with replacing any other suspension components if i'm going to drop it?

yeah i made the mistake on my first audi of doing h&r co's without any other support suspension mods. In return i had a great drop but my tires wore down the chasis flexed alot and didnt feel right for me when i drove. Sways and struts will stiffen it all up and control arms will have a stronger and better withstand the new stiffer suspension and at the miles your at its time to prob replace your tie rods with performance ones while your at it. Do it and do it right my friend.
