Does anyone know the effects of a bad sway bar link on an Audi a4 ? Will it cause the car to vibrate while accelerating ?

 

Bad being cracked or a bushing rotting out, i would say no it wont make your car vibrate, but it will make it wallow in the corners and might hear a pop or crack on turn in. vibrations can be alot of things but i would first say condition of your tires, then alignment. those are the simple things that usually cause that.

 

Vibration which is isolated to periods of acceleration is often a result of a fubar driveshaft bearing.
