With a few other people getting some crap for their other rides I thought I would post this.

You have got to like this other ride.

also gets about 45mpg and a top speed of 150.

I have only had it up to 110 but I still had 2 gears left.

Yeah it only has a little over half the horse power of my A4.

Oh yeah its only about 3,000 pounds lighter then the A4

 

damn thats a sick azz bike man. there is a guy around me that has a black 749. i just love the styling of them

 

I'd expect a higher top speed than 150... HMM.

My boss raves about his ZX12R... has like 164 hp to the rear wheel... which is a bit more than a chipped 1.8T puts down in a quattro car... and its like sub 600 lbs I think. But its top speed is around 330 km/h, which is... a smidge over 200 mph.

150 seems slow... my 85 corvette would do 145.

The bike looks nice as hell though, I've always appreciated the ducati look.

 

Nice bike. I love Ducati's!! A mate of mine has a Yamaha R1 and i was on the back at 171mph on a quick spin. Acceleration like nothing i had ever felt before.

I would not trust myself one!!

 

Even the Suzuki Hybussa will not reach 200 yet. The only bikes that are reaching the 200mph are the moto gp and just barely

The Japense bikes are certainly fast but there is just something about the style of the Italian bikes not to mention that twin sound and high torque that really does it for me.

Isn't the ZX12R faster than the 'busa? Barely?

I believe my boss did something to his bike... got the limiter taken off... I swear he said it was chipped, but I migth have made that up, or confused it with removing the speed limiter. I am quite sure he's had it at 330 km/h, which is 204 mph.
