Why no bimmers? The 3 series are incredible cars for both handling and reliability. An 01 330ci should satisfy your horsepower cravings...

 

The only thing I can think of for your price range.. is either another Audi or BMW. I've driven literally hundreds of saabs and volvos and I wouldn't recommend any of them over an Audi or BMW. The only thing I can think of that's worth getting other than a BMW 3 series is an s4. The 3 series will most likely be more reliable, but since thats out of the question.. get a b5 s4.

I don't like BMWs' since I'm doing my business in car most of the day and I need something that would say for others "reliable person", not "street hooligan and show off"... and most of people in my region think BMW is just that.

It should flash "serious businessman", but under hood there must be some horses to play along those business trips
