Techtonics + UPS = FAIL!!

Default Techtonics + UPS = FAIL!!

Here is a little rant and summary of how my week went and my experience with Techtonics and UPS.

I had my shop order the exhaust from Techtoincs on 1/11 and it shipped on the 14th. They give me the tracking number and it's not supposed to arrive until the 21st which seems slow since I've had packages with usps do that trip in 5 days not 7. (Techtonics is in Oregon and I'm near Boston) The exhaust arrives on the 21st as said and I go to the shop and they take everything off and start the install and realize that they sent the wrong piece that bolts to the downpipe. Apparently there is an exhaust that bolts to the stock dp and one that bolts to their dp... and I got the wrong one. One part # ends with a "t" and the other ends with a "T" <--- stupid idea. My shops calls techtonics and they agree to send the correct part at no charge ect... with 3 day select. I didn't feel like arguing but if I wanted to keep a good business going I'd ship that overnight especially since it's not very big. I check the tracking this morning and UPS pushed back the delivery to friday instead of today. I HATE UPS 30% of the time my packages are either late and the box and or contents are damaged.

That sucks man I hate UPS as well because of the extra large boarder charges I get whenever I order anything from outside canada!

i would do buisness with USPS only. UPS sucks...they are one of the worse to deal with.

UPS does suck, i placed an order with 034 on the 11th, finally got the tracking number 2 days ago and it says it wont be here till the 28th. 17 days for a 13lb package from cali to fl...fvckin sweet

Of course, luckily they didn't charge me for it. If they did I would have said it's their fault for not noticing it before they started. The trucks leave the depot at 8:30 apparently and the tracking number says that it arrived at 8:37. What the hell is wrong with them, do they not talk with each other. If that stupid driver got there 20 min earlier my day would be much better.

Yes! I always have to pay extra COD when it's UPS delivering when I order stuff from the States, but not any of the other companies. It's stupid.

he said that UPS was really slow on their delivery and in providing a tracking no., thats why he complained about UPS.

The sender provides the tracking #. He said it was suopposed to arrive on the 21st and it did. So what...
