There's a silver 2.8 5 spd out here at a dealer, and I could go see what they want for it, its a 99, and has (i believe) considerably fewer miles on it than mine. Its pretty tight... I'll stop by there tonight and see what they want, then you could fly out here, get drunk for a weekend, and drive back... and probably save a ton of money in the process (cars are cheaper here, and there is no sales tax), my buddy's dad is friends with the owner of the dealership so we could get it for $500 over what they gave for it on a trade. I know its not a 1.8T, but if you aren't too worried about making it fast as hell, you don't need the 1.8T.

 

haha that would be tight.. I do need quattro though , my kia is sucking *** driving up to the pass .. If I have to stop, I have to put chains on, because it ain't going anywhere from there on an icy hill ..
