I went today and test drove an a4 by my house today. The airbag and abs lights were on and the brake lights were blinking. Also when I looked on ebay last week a couple of cars had the saem problem. Tomorrow im gonna bring it to autozone to get it scanned. Is this common on a4's??

I test drove an A4 yesterday. It was a B6 (2002) 1.8T quattro. It had scuff marks on the rims from the lady who drove it before rubbing them agains the curb and it had a small tear in the leather. Other than that it looked and drove brand new. Incredible experience. If everything goes through with my trade in I should have it in a couple weeks.

What year is yours and how much for?

 

mine is a 98 2.8 L quattro . i got it through a friend for a super good deal . it was only 5500 so it was a total score

 

yo the abs and brake light on at the same time mean that an ABS sensor is either disconnected or has gone bad. It's a pretty easy fix, I know this happened to me and the car ran like ****, almost like the brakes were on at all times... get that sensor fixed and everything should be cool..

its a 99 1.8t quattro with 127k for 4500..the car runs really good thought.doesnt feel like the brakes are on all the time like he said^^^ o yea...how do u use the moonroof i tried and the guy there said he dont know hoe to use it either...but he also thought it was a 95 sooooo how much can he know???

Are you sure you want to buy this car? I just have a bad feeling about it. The owner has no idea what year the car is or how to use the sunroof? (btw, just turn the ****)
