depends what state if the are legar or not. a test pipe is a free flowing pipe that gets rid of the cat. helps with turbo spool up

i got a test pipe..and i live in SD, Cali. and ya its illegal of course..but u cant tell if a cop pulls u over...just turn off ur car right aaway..and hopefully the nasty as smell isnt noticable...but u cant get it smoged at all!

 

yeah smells very bad and I love the extra power & louder spool sound that gives...
