Test Pipe Noise
Just curious how much additional noise will be generated if I decided to add a test pipe, such as THIS ONE?
This, an ECU upgrade, an after-market air filter, and a 710N DV seem like the most oomph that I'm going to be able to get, at the most inexpensive total cost, with the lowest chance of the dealership voiding my warranty.
If the thing is too noisy, then it may cause drama whenever I have to take it in for service.
Thanks for sharing the knowledge!

Yeah you'll have to go custom to fit the 2.5 or 3" TP piping right? You think you could see any gains on a stock exhaust? I'm sure you could, but less than on an upgraded exhaust I would assume...
From their site:
Seems damn solid to me.
SOLID AND HONEST GAINS
Manufactured from T304 aircraft quality stainless steel with mandrel-bent 2.5" diameter tubing and polished to a mirror shine. This TestPipe has proven a solid 19HP & 48lb-ft Torque @ 2100RPM to the WHEELS on the Dynometer. The factory cat is extremely restrictive, and by just replacing it with this bolt on pipe which goes inline with you factory or aftermarket exhaust system, you will unleash the hidden potential of your 2.0T motor not to mention quicker spool up of the turbo.
The information below was obtained from a customer who chose to dyno the car completely stock vs. the EuroCode Tuning TestPipe on California 91oct fuel at an independent shop. All gains were measured at the wheels thus the gains at the crankshaft will naturally be greater due power train loss.
All numbers indicate increase levels of HP & lb-ft of Torque at the wheels for a Quattro 2.0T FSI B7 A4.

Does seem damn solid. 15whp and ~36 ft/lb wtq sounds pretty damn nice, hopefully you can make those #'s. Of course the manufacturer will say nothing but amazing things about the product, a customer review from a second hand site will help alot in your decision.
