It all depends on what they cover and if you plan to mod the car or not (I'm assuming not so much since it's a six-cylinder). All my extended warranty consists of is one year ofpowertrain coverage, which works for me because when it runs out next June, Mr. ECU and Ms. GIAC are going to become very well acquainted.

Unless you have to drive in the snow, and you don't know how to 'drive' rwd in the snow. Thein it's RWD FTD (for the death)

 

You can get a A6 w/ a 2.7t. That would be far better performance and gas milage with just a chip. OP, find one of those.

 

I wouldnt buy any of them.

 

If I had to choose I would probably take the 2003 A6.
