dont know if you remember my last post about that noise, but i finally got the boost gauge in and drove her hard the last few days, it almost sounds like a belt skweek or slip but it must be the DV, when it makes the noise the boost fluttersskips between 18 and 21, like the needle on the gauge bounces while you hear the noise.. so im going to have to order that kit.. any thoughts?

no, not really, my DV is not holding the boost its a little different, in your case you want to eliminate a high boost spike which is casued by alot of things, one being the chip, or the n75 vlave if its not stock and fluctuations in the air temp, on colder days like we see this time of year you will see a bit of a boost increase, I have a BT its more eficient then the small ko3 or ko4 and the DV i have i guess is just not cutting it.. or atleast i think..

 

You didnt respond previously. Was the box of springs in the extra parts bin? If not, I should still have the springs and I will send them to you to experiment with.
