Why not just find a Gn-X? and run 12's from the factory? 1988 Buick Grand National X

 

[:'(] No im ok! i'd rather build my own honda. I like them nice reliable cars. I had a 2000 Civic loved it till i got my audi but other than that it was a great car.

 

Why are we talking about hondas, buicks, and nissans in an audi a4 forum?

 

Ummm FWD not fast? Wheel Hop? Fry Clutch? Need to do some research because I know several people that have FWD cars in teh 12's on factory clutches and a few guys that have motor swapped honda's running mid 11's.....they arnt frying clutches...................

Infact one of the guys im friends with took first place at Mopar Nats for the neon class running 12's.......all stock driveline...........

 

We are talking about cars that are quick comparing them to the A4.......*off-topic*

You can do anything if you have the money but as i have stated many times before....Just because you can do it dosn't make it a good idea. If you want a ***** to the wall fast car get a RWD car with big displacement such as a trans am. All fourth generation f-bodies come equiped with the underatted easily moddible 346ci Ls1 5.7 litre V8. This is a fantastic performance motor. I had 400 rwhp in my trans am and still got 28 mpg on the highway but anything on that car not performance orientated was built like crap.

I reccomend to anyone who likes the idea of getting a bike to give it a shot, i did and i love it to death. Its a struggle for self control though bc if you wreck a bike its likely to get nasty. Also remember that if you buy a bike its not if you'll fall, its when you'll fall.

True that, ive been riding since I was a kid and have had some pretty mean wrecks. I am mostly into enduro and some trials. A few years ago i was obsessed with trials and was extremely good at it. I have some video somewhere of some crazy hillclimbs of me, if i can ill put them on the site. As far as rockets,ive been on alot and there fun as heck. But I would rather have a car body around me when i crash at 140+.

 

Why would u wanna crash at 140mph. Screw that i dont wanna crash at 20mph. But yea its true LS1 engines are underrated. The new GTO i heard is coming out wit the new LS6 engine the 6.0 cant wait to see that thing!
