I am looking to upgrade my engine mounts.

I am debating between the ECS and APR snub mounts.

Which is better????

 

either that or go with the stock RS4 mounts???

 

The greedspeed snub is pretty good and for $14 you can't go wrong...

 

It seems that most if not all people supporting the greedspeed and pure motorsports snub mounts have B5s. I can't find that much from B6 people on their preferences. Anyone care to comment? I'm curious because I plan to do the transmission fluid and a snub mount in the spring (leaning toward greedspeed) to help smooth out my shifts.

 

Wait on changing your trans fluid until I get to put GM synchromesh in... I hear it's great stuff and It'll probably serve me well...

I'll be doing it once the snow melts though so it might be a while

 

I've also been wandering the same thing. Any thoughts from people with a B6 would be great.

snub mount is vital - anyone who has held an oem in their hands knows its like an old wet nerf football.

puremotorsports has the best bang for the buck. apr is good but might require some grinding to fit the basket. in my humble opinion, the best overall regardless of price is the 034 snub.
(i personally have the purems snub.)

 

where can I get a greedspeed snub mount for 14 bucks?!?

 

seems like everyone that posts on here about apr snub mounts doesnt have great opinnions on them. Heard a lot that it causes a lot of vibration, especially in the steering wheel. I would go with greedspeed just cause i havent heard any complaints about it.
