I ordered the ultimate timing belt kit from ECS for $219.95. Got the crank main seal for $2.49 and the engine snub mount for $19.95 from PureMotorSport. The ultimate kit had the timing belt, serpentine belt, timing belt roller, tensioner roller, thermostat, and the waterpump with gasket. My mechanic charged me $200 for the labor. PureMS has the serpentine belt tensioner for around $63. Audi dealer wants $95 for that. I'll probably have that put on in the next couple weeks.
