Default Timing belt hassle?

For the people that have actually done a timing belt, how much of a hassle is it to do really? I bought the whole kit from ECS tuning.com. A friend of mine that is a mechanic says its going to take 6+ hours and i told him he was crazy. We are both gunna work on it on saturday, and i know to remove the front bumper. Any last minute tips on doing this? Special tools? Im runnin the 30v 2.8. thanks

Yes it can be a pain in the *** to complete. It's not especially difficult, it's mostly just time consuming. Make sure you are paying attention to how things are coming off the car. i found it helpful to set aside paper plates and dixie cups labled for parts. It made reinstallation MUCH easier. Make sure you have a gallon of g12 and distilled water. You may want to replace the snub mount while you are already in there.

I got the snub mount and I got the 1.5 Liters of G12 from Ecs. How long with 2 people do you estimate?

It took me almost 10 hours, but that included lunch and dinner breaks.

You might be pushing it, always allow extra time for "opsies".
