Default timing belt question

Hi,
I called the dealer for pricing on parts and they recommended me to purchase the following:

timing belt: $74
waterpump: $127
tensioner: $115
damper: $250
roller: $48
cooling: $20/gal

Now, the question is, do I need all that?
Is it okay for me to just get timing belt and waterpump replaced, or am I risking something by not replacing the listed items?
Thanks for the info!

save yourself some money and buy a kit from ecstuning.com, it'll cost half of that. And yes replace them all, the belt is only responsible for half the failures.

thanks, another dumb question.
I'm looking at germanautoparts.com and got confused with terms.
Is Oil pump same as Water pump?
Is that what I need to get?
